With the receipt of the final municipal building approval certificate "Final de Obra", the German project developer Domus Vivendi Group can call its apartment complex GREEN ELEMENTS "officially completed" after a construction period of around 20 months. The 25 units will be handed over to the owners in the next few days.
The Domus Vivendi Group successfully completes its ELEMENTS flat construction project. The complex with 31 units and a volume of around € 59 million extends over five floors + roof terrace, extensive outdoor areas with various pools (community and private), gardens and a separate SPA building with indoor pool, sauna, steam bath and gym.

Mallorca, 7 May 2019 – Frankfurt-based developer the Domus Vivendi Group (Domus Vivendi) has started demolition work on the site of the future „Mío“ project in Palma de Mallorca. By mid-2021, a total of 184 modern micro and compact units and leisure space, with a total area of around 7,350 square metres, will be built on Calle Aragon in the Mallorcan capital. The project has a volume of around EUR 46 million.
Mallorca, 24 April 2019 - Frankfurt-based developer the Domus Vivendi Group (Domus Vivendi) has received official planning consent from the Mallorcan authorites for „The Circle“ office building. Excavaton work for the prestgious office building, which will have a total area of 4,000 square metres, will begin as from 29 April 2019. Completon of the property is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2020.
