The German project developer Domus Vivendi Group has started the structural work for its luxury chalet MOUNTAINMENTS ONE. After the earthworks were started and completed in October 2022, following the receipt of the building permit, another milestone has been reached until the project completion of the unique luxury chalet. The first Alpine offshoot of the Domus Vivendi Group’s ELEMENTS project line, which is well-known in the Balearic Islands, is being built on a plot of land of around 700 square metres in a planned construction period of around 18 months.
“We are delighted that the construction is progressing and continuing well and that we are able to realise the first project in the Kitzbühel Alps with our MOUNTAINMENTS ONE,” says managing director Alexander Beulich.
“MOUNTAINMENTS ONE sets new standards in the luxury segment in Kitzbühel mountains,” Beulich continues. The chalet has a living area of around 600 sqm, including terraces and balconies, and extends over three levels with a total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The chalet’s special features include handcrafted carpentry, an exclusive spa area with an outdoor pool and a hot whirlpool, a glass sauna with mountain views, blue stone plunge pools and a high-tech gym with state-of-the-art equipment from Technogym and Waterrower, as well as diverse light and video animations. The chalet also has a garage with two parking spaces, a heated and ventilated ski depot and e-bike charging stations.
The unique location of MOUNTAINMENTS ONE promises a 180-degree panoramic view of the mountain world around the Wilder Kaiser all the way to the Großvenediger.
The chalet will be handed over ready for occupancy and fully furnished, is for sale immediately and can be viewed on request. The project volume amounts to € 13,850,000 million. Further project details will be provided upon request.
