High market demand, intelligent concept and unique in Mallorca: the first micro-living project in Palma de Mallorca from the Europe-wide project developer Domus Vivendi Group is fully rented out. The first tenants successfully moved into the multi-residential property with a total of 184 units on the 1st of June 2022 with great anticipation, and since then the new-build project has experienced very high market demand.

With MÍO, the Domus Vivendi Group has realized an innovative residential concept in the tight housing market on Mallorca. The 148 micro-units are handed over to customers fully furnished and ready to move into immediately. There are also 36 compact units with 2-3 rooms and fitted kitchens. Awarded the highest possible grade A by the “Calficación Energética”, the Spanish energy certificate, MÍO is a pioneer in terms of energy efficiency.

The project is spread over a total area of 7,344 sqm with 148 micro-units and 36 compact units on a plot area of 4,870 sqm. The 184 units secure investors an annual rental income of around 2.1 million euros. The completed multi-residential asset MÍO is being offered for global purchase fully rented.
Participation in this year’s Expo Real in Munich
