It is with great pleasure that the Domus Vivendi Group, leading German project developer on the Balearic Islands, can call another apartment complex “officially completed” after receiving the final municipal building approval “Final de Obra”, following a construction period of around 24 months. The 7 luxurious residential units will be handed over to the owners in the next few days.
