Ibiza – 14 February 2024, excavation work started on the HIPPIEMENTS VILLAGE luxury villa project after the building permit had been granted, marking the start of the construction of the nine most exclusive villas.

“The excavation work and subsequent stabilisation of the construction pit will take around eight weeks. Completion of the villas is scheduled for Q1 2026,” says Peter Germann, Technical Managing Director of the Domus Vivendi Group.

The exclusively equipped outdoor areas include covered terraces, atriums and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, fridge and ice maker. A high-quality outdoor cinema system can be integrated as an option. Lush, landscaped gardens and private saltwater pools guarantee complete privacy. The villas are supplied with energy efficiently via geothermal energy. The air conditioning units are located in the suspended ceilings and ensure a pleasant room temperature via outlets in filigree shadow gaps. Each villa has its own underground car park.

The total area of the villa project is around 10,000 square metres. The sales volume amounts to 90 million euros. Six of the nine luxury villas have already been sold.
