Shortly before the completion of the exclusive new construction project “HIPPIEMENTS” on Ibiza, the German project developer Domus Vivendi Group sets the next milestone with its latest project “CREO – Lifestyle Apartments Ibiza“.
CREO combines modern urban living and architectural sophistication with sunny island flair for all those who dream of a personal retreat on Ibiza.
The modern new building is being constructed in Ses Figueretes in close proximity to the longest sandy beach on the island. CREO consists of four buildings, named and characterised by the four elements water, fire, earth and air, and comprises a total of 148 flats with an average living space of around 100 sqm. The offer ranges from flats with one to three bedrooms to penthouses with sea view. All units have their own balcony, terrace or roof terrace or a private garden area. An in-house underground garage and storage rooms are also part of the residential complex.

The CREO Lifestyle Apartments have been convincing from the very first minute, with 50 units sold within the first 48 hours during the pre-sale.
The official start of sales is planned for 1 May 2023. The total volume amounts to approx. 135 million euros.
In addition to the Domus Vivendi Group, the project is backed by other well-known investors such as NS Guardian BV, a family office founded by Neil Ebbutt (former co-founder of Rituals Cosmetics) in 2015, and Marcel van Groningen (also co-founder of Rituals Cosmetics) with his family office, Mercurius Investment BV, founded in 2022.
