After the start of construction of the exclusive new building project “Hippiements” on Ibiza, the German project developer Domus Vivendi Group is already in the starting blocks with its latest project “THE ONE by ELEMENTS”. The luxury liner will present itself in the first sea line of Playa d’en Bossa, the longest continuous sandy beach on the island: Only a few metres from the luxurious apartment building with 12 units, there are numerous restaurants and cafés as well as shopping facilities next to the beach promenade. The fast ferry to the neighbouring island of Formentera as well as to the port of Ibiza departs from the jetty in the immediate vicinity. The small sports harbour Puerto Platja d’en Bossa is also located here. The airport IBZ, located to the west of “THE ONE by ELEMENTS”, as well as the capital of Ibiza, Ibiza Town, located to the east, can also be reached in a few minutes. The building permit for the property with rooftop, terraces and panoramic balconies is expected in the first quarter of 2022. Domus Vivendi Group states the project volume of the structure with a total area of around 2,780sqm at approximately 30 million euros.

The layout of the 12 individual units in “THE ONE by ELEMENTS” ranges from compact one-bedroom flats to two-storey penthouses with their own rooftop pool. Wide balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows allow outdoor and indoor areas to merge and ensure that the residents’ lives largely take place outdoors. “With its extraordinary architecture, the building sets a benchmark on Ibiza’s most famous beach” explains Peter Germann, technical director of Domus Vivendi Group. “The technical standard and execution of all units is “Made in Germany”, Germann adds. Thus, the air-conditioning of the units, like the heat generation, is ensured with sustainable and energy-saving technology. In addition, “THE ONE by ELEMENTS” has an organically designed outdoor area with a communal pool and an underground garage with at least one private parking space per unit.
