CLOUD Grand Opening – Domus Vivendi celebrates completion of Super Villa

On 6 April 2018 Domus Vivendi officially opened the doors of the newly built villa „CLOUD“ in southwest Mallorca for the first tme. More than 300 guests were invited - including subcon- tractors, crafsmen, customers, family and friends of Domus Vivendi. Afer a constructon period of 24 months, the Cala Llamp, Port d‘Andratx is home to CLOUD, one of the most exclusive new constructon projects on the Balearic Islands. Eight bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, four kitchens, GYM, SPA, Hermès dressing room, guest- house, outdoor cinema, walk-in bodega, four bars are spread over the generous total area, Jacuzzi lagoon and a 28 metre infinity pool where an artficial waterfall ends.

Now the Domus Vivendi Group and Mercurius Real Estate are heading abroad: a residential development with 140 micro-apartments is being developed in the Spanish city of Palma de Mallorca. The project relies on the expertise of the Domus Vivendi Group: the company has been playing an active role in construction projects on the Balearic island for twenty years now.

422 apartments are currently in construction on the site opposite the Adlerwerke factory in Gallus. They will be ready for occupation in September; but the one- to five-room apartments are already available to let. “Despite the fact that we have hardly advertised our ‘Bright Side’ development, we have already received numerous enquiries”, said Thomas Oellig, managing director of the Domus Vivendi Group, at today’s topping-out ceremony - which also heralds the start of the development’s properties being available to let.
