Real estate sector throngs to THE CIRCLE on Mallorca – 70% of
space let in only a few days
Mallorca, 19 February 2019 – Only a few days afer Domus Vivendi Group (Domus Vivendi)
began letng actvity 70% of the space has already been taken in „The Circle“, the developer’s
planned office building on Mallorca.
The Circle is a prestgious, 4,000 square metres ultra-modern office building in the „Son Buga-
delles“ business park, near Santa Ponca, that is aimed exclusively the real estate industry and
related professions. The project has a value of EUR 25 million.
The concept of „The Circle“ is to bring together companies in the constructon and real estate
sector, along with related professional groups such as interior designers, safety engineers, spe-
cialist lawyers, crafsmen, developers, architects and tax consultants, under one roof, to create
synergy effects. „The Circle“ also offers smaller companies a prestgious head office, complete
with professional fit-out. The region around Santa Ponca, to the west of Palma, is where the
constructon industry achieves the highest turnover in Mallorca.
Future occupiers will be provided with fully equipped offices, including furniture, high-quality
server and network technology and office fit-out. Floor areas range from 20 to 600 square
metres.
In additon, there will be 2,600 square metres of „open access” and co-working space. A front
desk with secretarial service, the ‚Circle Food Corner‘, open-air areas and a roof terrace will
also be provided for the tenants. Landscaped inner courtyards and six conference rooms with
presentaton technology for communal use round off the concept of the innovatve office buil-
ding. Another extra is the exclusive and secure parking facility, „The Circle Carsafe“, in the
underground car park. For good measure, in the „Circlebox“, storage areas with floor areas
ranging from 10 to 300 square metres can be rented.
Constructon is scheduled to start in summer 2019. Afer the civil engineering work is comple-
ted, the constructon period will last approximately 18 months.
Domus Vivendi retains the opton to hold the property in its portolio or to dispose of it as a
global sale. Internatonal investors are already showing keen interest in „The Circle“.
