Ibiza, 19 October 2026 – The Domus Vivendi Group is seeing strong demand for its new luxury apartment project THE NEST in Santa Eulària, Ibiza, even before the official sales launch. As part of an exclusive drop, 14 of the 21 residential units have already been sold.

This means that around two-thirds of all units have already been secured at an early stage of the project. THE NEST comprises a total area of approximately 6,000 sqm and has a planned project volume of around €77 million.

THE NEST combines a clear, contemporary architectural language with selected Moroccan design elements. Natural materials, spacious living concepts and a high degree of privacy define the overall concept. The project will feature exclusive apartments with private outdoor areas as well as high-quality communal spaces.

The concept is complemented by selected wellness and fitness facilities as well as a concierge service, further enhancing the comfort of future residents.

The official sales launch will take place at a later stage. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2028, with completion planned for the second quarter of 2030.
