DOMUS VIVENDI Group sells micro-apartment complex close to new ECB headquarters to Hamburg Trust

DoMUS VIVENDI Group and its partner Mercurius Real Estate AG have sold their micro-apartment complex Little East to Hamburg Trust. The fund and investment manager is taking over the building near the new headquarters of the European Central Bank for 30 million euros. He will contribute it to a closed-end real estate mutual fund.

Mondial will integrate the asset into the mondial campusfonds Deutschland I fund - a specialist real estate fund under German law. The fund invests in student accommodation in sustainable attractive university locations in Germany.

DOMUS VIVENDI and Mercurius Real Estate are building the next energy- efficient micro-apartment complex in Heidelberg-Bahnstadt

Business partners the Domus Vivendi Group and Mercurius Real Estate AG have started construction on the micro-apartment development in Heidelberg-Bahnstadt. A micro-apartment complex will be built as a KfW passive house 40 in line with EnEV 2009 on the site. The plans are for a total living space of approximately 4700 m², housing 218 part-furnished residential units.
