Frankfurt, Gallus: Planning permission for 422 apartments expected in May / ground-breaking ceremony to take place in the same month

Domus Vivendi and its partner Mercurius Real Estate are expecting to receive planning permission for the Bright Side (previously: Gallus Green Gardens) development in the Frankfurt district of Gallus. The ground-breaking ceremony for the 100-million-euro project south of the Adlerwerke factory will take place in the same month.

AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH has purchased the residential and commercial building “Green Four” by Domus Vivendi for one of its special funds. DoMUS VIVENDI Group and its partner Mercurius Real Estate AG have sold their micro-apartment complex Little East to Hamburg Trust. The fund and investment manager is taking over the building near the new headquarters of the European Central Bank for 30 million euros. He will contribute it to a closed-end real estate mutual fund.
