Frankfurt, city centre: Domus Vivendi sells residential and commercial building to AXA

AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH has purchased the residential and commercial building “Green Four” by Domus Vivendi for one of its special funds. The development houses 75 residential units and is situated in Frankfurt’s city centre on a street parallel to the Zeil. The purchase price is undisclosed.
