Ibiza, 14 July 2026 – The Domus Vivendi Group has announced THE NEST, a new luxury apartment project in Santa Eulària, Ibiza. The development will comprise 21 exclusive residential units across a total area of approximately 6,000 square metres, with a planned project volume of around €77 million.

THE NEST combines a clear, contemporary architectural language with selected Moroccan design elements. Natural materials and an understated design approach define the overall concept.

“With THE NEST, we are developing a luxury apartment project in Santa Eulària that combines contemporary architecture, spacious living concepts and a high degree of privacy,” explains Thomas Oellig, owner of the Domus Vivendi Group. “At its core is a protected retreat that brings together modern clarity and a warm, atmospheric design.”

The project will feature spacious apartments with private outdoor areas as well as high-quality communal spaces. Natural materials and the interplay of architecture, vegetation, light and water form key elements of the design concept.

The concept will be complemented by selected wellness and fitness facilities as well as a concierge service. Further insights into THE NEST will be released as the project progresses.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2028, with completion planned for the second quarter of 2030.
