Ibiza, April 29, 2026 – Domus Vivendi Group is announcing ATLANTIS, its next luxury apartment project at Playa d’en Bossa in Ibiza: 26 exclusive residential units, approximately 7,000 m² of total floor space, and a project volume of around €80 million.

With the official sales launch, the project is now being introduced to the market. In the first few days, 18 units have already been recorded.

ATLANTIS is being developed in a prime frontline seafront location with direct beach access and unobstructed sea views. The complex is divided into two buildings—Casa Oceana and Casa Solera—and includes apartments and penthouses with two or three bedrooms and spacious outdoor areas starting from approximately 150 m².

Amenities include a private beach club with an outdoor pool, spa area, indoor and outdoor gym, and a 24/7 concierge service. A standout feature is an exclusive yacht reserved for owners, extending the living concept beyond the property itself.

The location at Playa d’en Bossa offers immediate access to the island’s infrastructure, with Ibiza Town approximately five minutes away and the airport around ten minutes away.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Q3 2027, with completion planned for Q1 2030.

“The project draws inspiration from the myth of the sunken city of Atlantis and translates it into an architectural concept reflected throughout the entire design,” Beulich adds.
