DOMUS VIVENDI and Mercurius Real Estate sell second development to ARAG

DOMUS VIVENDI and Mercurius Real Estate have successfully sold their second

micro-apartment complex to ARAG Lebensversicherungs AG from Munich. The

project development was financed by the WGZ Bank from Düsseldorf. The

development on Salvador Allende-Str. 1 in Bockenheim, Frankfurt am Main, features

over 164 micro-apartments and is targeted at commuters, young professionals and

students with its central location and facilities. The micro-apartments are fully

furnished.

Urbanisation is having an increasing influence on the population growth in large

cities, with one-person households constantly increasing in number. DOMUS

VIVENDI and Mercurius Real Estate have stepped in with their innovative concept

and are providing central, comfortable living at attractive prices.
