Mallorca, 24 April 2019 - Frankfurt-based developer the Domus Vivendi Group (Domus Vivendi) has received official planning consent from the Mallorcan authorites for „The Circle“ office building. Excavaton work for the prestgious office building, which will have a total area of 4,000 square metres, will begin as from 29 April 2019. Completon of the property is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2020.

Mallorca, 19 February 2019 - Only a few days afer Domus Vivendi Group (Domus Vivendi) began letng actvity 70% of the space has already been taken in „The Circle“, the developer’s planned office building on Mallorca.

According to the latest communal information and the associated development measures on the La Mola peninsula in Port d'Andratx, the Domus Vivendi Group is confident that it will be able to start building the BLUE ELEMENTS project in the quarter of 2019. BLUE ELEMENTS is being built in the first line of the sea in Port d'Andratx, Mallorca: 18 exclusive residential units with sea views and direct access to the water, 24 hour concierge service, underground parking, gym, SPA, indoor and outdoor pool as well as a private jetty - and these highlights represent only a selection of the numerous unique selling points of this unique project.

On June 18, 2018, the foundation stone for the construction of the 25 exclusive units was laid with the receipt of the building permit for the GREEN ELEMENTS apartment project.
