422 apartments are currently in construction on the site opposite the Adlerwerke factory in Gallus. They will be ready for occupation in September; but the one- to five-room apartments are already available to let. “Despite the fact that we have hardly advertised our ‘Bright Side’ development, we have already received numerous enquiries”, said Thomas Oellig, managing director of the Domus Vivendi Group, at today’s topping-out ceremony - which also heralds the start of the development’s properties being available to let.

The Domus Vivendi Group and partner Mercurius Real Estate AG have sold their development Bright Side II to Hamburg Team Investment Management GmbH (HTIM). The north German investment manager is placing the 66-apartment development, which includes a children's nursery, in its “Hamburg Team Urbane WohnWerte” fund.

The Domus Vivendi Group and its partner Mercurius Real Estate AG have received planning permission for their Bright Side project in the Frankfurt district of Gallus. The 422 apartments on Weilburger Straße are likely to be ready for occupation in the first quarter of 2018.

Domus Vivendi Group and Mercurius Real Estate AG have sold their Bright Side I residential building to HanseMerkur Grundbesitz AG. The partners have agreed not to disclose the amount of the purchase price for the building on Weilburger Strasse in the Gallus district. 

Domus Vivendi and its partner Mercurius Real Estate are expecting to receive planning permission for the Bright Side (previously: Gallus Green Gardens) development in the Frankfurt district of Gallus. The ground-breaking ceremony for the 100-million-euro project south of the Adlerwerke factory will take place in the same month.

The Domus Vivendi Group is building around 450 apartments in Frankfurt’s Gallus district. The 24,000 sq m of living space houses a combination of compact, social, micro- and conventional apartments. There is also a children’s nursery with a large outdoor area. The real estate developer hopes that the various types of apartments available will add to the vibrant development of the neighbourhood.
