AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH has purchased the residential and commercial building “Green Four” by Domus Vivendi for one of its special funds. The development houses 75 residential units and is situated in Frankfurt’s city centre on a street parallel to the Zeil. The purchase price is undisclosed.

clever fit GmbH has let the commercial space in the “Green Four” residential and office block owned by the Domus Vivendi Group. The premium fitness discounter will create a studio in the 1,200 square metre unit. The company already runs over 220 fitness studios across Germany via franchise partners.

The Domus Vivendi Group has started letting units in its Green Four development in Frankfurt’s old town. The 75 one- to three-room apartments will be ready for occupation by 1st May. The letting of the 1,200 m² commercial unit on the ground floor is also nearing completion.
