Domus Vivendi GmbH & Co. KG and its partner Mercurius Real Estate AG have sold their apartment complex Green Five to mondial kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH. Mondial will integrate the asset into the mondial campusfonds Deutschland I fund - a specialist real estate fund under German law. The fund invests in student accommodation in sustainable attractive university locations in Germany.

As one of the largest German urban development projects, the “Bahnstadt Heidelberg” combines proximity to nature with urban flair. DOMUS VIVENDI and Mercurius Real Estate are building a KfW 40 building at this promising location. The structural works for the micro-apartment building began in July. The apartments will be ready for occupation from the beginning of March 2014. They are available to let now. And initial enquiries have already been received. The development offers maximum flexibility.

Thousands of employees from the European Central Bank (ECB) will move into the new headquarters in Frankfurt’s Ostend in mid-2014. At the same time, the “Little East” micro-apartment complex by the DOMUS VIVENDI GROUP and Mercurius Real Estate, which is just a few minutes’ walk away, will be ready for occupancy. And demand is high: 75 percent of the 272 part-furnished apartments have already been let. “Our project is progressing extremely well.

DOMUS VIVENDI GmbH & Co. KG and Mercurius Real Estate AG have purchased a new plot in the Ostend district of Frankfurt am Main. The project partners are planning to build their third micro-apartment complex on Ferdinand-Happ-Straße. It will provide a total living space of 5,577 square metres. The planning application has been submitted to the authorities and construction is due to start in the spring of 2012. The project is due to be completed in 2013.

Together with its project partner Mercurius Real Estate AG, DOMUS VIVENDI GmbH & Co. KG has developed and successfully completed two projects in Frankfurt am Main. Thanks to their financial expertise and technical skills, the partners have succeeded in mastering a niche and establishing themselves on the real estate market over the past two years.

Project partners DOMUS VIVENDI GmbH & Co. KG from Königstein/Ts. and Mercurius Real Estate have started letting out their second micro-apartment complex in Frankfurt Bockenheim as a result of the high demand. The development is situated in the immediate vicinity of Salvador Allende Park and provides 164 apartments measuring approx. 20 sq m; in other words, central living at affordable prices perfect for commuters, young professionals and students. The complex is due to be completed in February 2012.

1st January 2011 saw the micro-apartment complex “Quartier etc.”, an Efficiency House, be handed over to the AviaRent Capital Management S.á.r.l. fully let. The high demand for micro-apartments made it possible to let all of the apartments prior to completion. It demonstrates the growing demand for small, central new homes in economic centres.

In the fourth quarter of the year, Mercurius Real Estate AG began construction on another micro-apartment complex in the Frankfurt district of Bockenheim, together with its project partner DOMUS VIVENDI GmbH & Co. KG. A total of 164 20 sq m part-furnished residential units will be built. The complex is due to be completed in November 2011.
