Project Manager

Your tasks:
- Comprehensive management and responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of construction projects
- Coordination of all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project
- Budget responsibility as well as cost and quality control
- Ensuring compliance with schedules and building regulations
- Communication and coordination with clients, architects and contractors
Your profile:
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager in the construction industry, preferably in the field of high-quality property projects in Spain and/or the Balearic Islands, Ibiza
- Sound knowledge of construction processes and legal framework conditions in Spain and/or the Balearic Islands, Ibiza
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Independent, solution-orientated way of working
- You are characterised by initiative and entrepreneurial thinking and action
- You work in a structured, careful and organised manner
- You have a very good knowledge of Spanish, English is an advantage
In addition to your experience as a project manager, you are characterised by a professional, self-confident manner and have excellent comprehension skills as well as a high level of commitment to the tasks assigned to you. You work just as well independently as you do as part of a team and have an understanding of the exclusivity of our projects and the exceptional value of our prospective clients and customers.
In addition to a well-groomed appearance, you have a high level of motivation, are always friendly and courteous and a team player. You work independently, conscientiously, confidentially and are determined and equally success orientated.
