As an “Employer of the Future”, awarded by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation, we are looking for a dedicated Construction Manager for our Ibiza branch during our growth and steadily increasing number of projects.
Construction Manager

Your tasks:
- Management of the planning, control and execution of construction projects.
- Co-ordination of all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project
- Budget responsibility and cost and quality control
- Analysing construction projects, their costs and measurement studies
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and construction standards
- Communication and coordination with clients, architects and contractors
- Drafting of partial projects or technical documents
Your profile:
- Completed training or studies in the field of construction engineering, civil engineering or comparable
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in the construction sector, preferably in the field of high-quality real estate projects in Spain and/or Balearic Islands, Ibiza.
- Sound knowledge of the construction processes and legal framework conditions in Spain and/or the Balearic Islands, Ibiza
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of construction details, measurements and comparatives
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong team-working and solution-oriented skills
- You are characterised by initiative and entrepreneurial thinking and action to take projects forward
- You have a meticulous profile in photographic and analytical documentation and communication, both within the company and with clients, construction companies and engineering firms.
- You work in a structured, careful and organised way.
- You have a very good knowledge of Spanish, English and German are an advantage.
- You are proficient in Microsoft and Presto applications
- Residence on the island of Ibiza and willingness to travel would be an advantage
- Driving licence required (own vehicle recommended)
In addition to your experience as a Construction Manager, you have a high level of motivation, are always friendly and courteous and work well in a team.
