Frankfurt am Main/city centre:
units in the Green Four residential and commercial development now available
to let
Frankfurt am Main, 19th February 2015
The Domus Vivendi Group has started letting units in its Green Four development in
Frankfurt’s old town. The 75 one- to three-room apartments will be ready for
occupation by 1st May. The letting of the 1,200 m² commercial unit on the ground
floor is also nearing completion.
The Domus Vivendi Group has developed the building as a KfW Efficiency House
together with Mercurius Real Estate AG. It is situated in Töngesgasse – one of the
oldest shopping streets in Frankfurt – in the old town between the Cathedral/Römer
and the Zeil. The apartments will cover an area of around 3,800 m². All apartments
are part-furnished and between 32 and 110 m² in size. Tenants have access to 95
parking spaces.
The Domus Vivendi Group focuses on emerging, central locations. A total of around
470 apartments have been built in the vicinity of the new ECB and in Frankfurt-
Niederrad. In 2014, the Domus Vivendi Group built a development with 218 units in
the Bahnstadt district of Heidelberg – the world’s largest passive house settlement.
