DOMUS VIVENDI and Mercurius Real Estate are considering plots across Germany for expansion

Together with its project partner Mercurius Real Estate AG, DOMUS VIVENDI GmbH & Co. KG has developed and successfully completed two projects in Frankfurt am Main. Thanks to their financial expertise and technical skills, the partners have succeeded in mastering a niche and establishing themselves on the real estate market over the past two years.
More projects in Frankfurt am Main and in other large German cities such as Hamburg, Munich and Berlin are currently under consideration. Mercurius Real Estate AG and DOMUS VIVENDI have managed to purchase further plots in Frankfurt with a total project volume of approx. 85 million euros. The project partners want to realise projects worth 200 million euros over the next two years. New investment opportunities are constantly being considered and the search is on for suitable plots.
