Mallorca, April 21, 2025 – The Domus Vivendi Group is expanding its portfolio in Mallorca with four new exclusive villa projects in the southwest of the island. The villas – LA TIERRA, SOLUNA, EL JARDIN, and CLARITY – each follow an individual residential concept. The total project volume amounts to approximately 55 million euros.

LA TIERRA, SOLUNA, EL JARDIN, and CLARITY – four exclusive new villa projects in the southwest of Mallorca.
LA TIERRA, Nova Santa Ponsa:
LA TIERRA is being built on a special plot with sea views in the exclusive villa area of Nova Santa Ponsa. The architecture blends harmoniously with the conditions of the approximately 2,500 square meter plot and its Mediterranean charm. Earth tones, natural stone, and wood shape the design of this villa. The project has a volume of around 12 million euros and a total area of approximately 800 m².
Planned construction start: Q3 2025. Planned completion: Q3 2027.
SOLUNA, Costa de la Calma:
SOLUNA is being built on the first sea line with direct access to the sea. The spectacular sunset and the sparkle of the moonlight on the water inspired the villa’s name. Wide window fronts offering unobstructed sea views, clean lines, and rich greenery characterize SOLUNA. The project has a volume of approximately 21.5 million euros and a total area of over 800 m². Excavation work has already begun. Vertical construction is scheduled to start in Q3 2025, with completion planned for Q3 2027.
EL JARDIN, Nova Santa Ponsa:
El JARDIN – Spanish for “the garden” – is being built on a lush, secluded plot. The design and color palette are inspired by the surrounding vegetation. Numerous native plants and trees – from ficus and strelitzia to rubber trees and sacred olive trees – can be found here. Outdoor and indoor areas flow seamlessly into each other. The project has a volume of approximately 13 million euros and a total area of around 950 m². Construction is scheduled to start in Q2 2026, with completion expected around Q2 2028.
CLARITY, Nova Santa Ponsa:
Clean lines, open spaces, modern design with Mediterranean accents: the villa CLARITY will feature an especially airy design. The approximately 1,500 square meter plot bordering a nature reserve provides the ideal foundation. The project has a volume of approximately 9.5 million euros and the villa a total area of around 700 m². Construction is scheduled to begin in Q3 2025. Completion around Q3 2027.
