notable specialist in the field of catering

Thorsten Dammert, former head of catering at Dussmann Service Deutschland
GmbH, took over the role of head of product and concept development at Domus
Vivendi Service GmbH on 1st April 2012. He will plan and implement day bar
concepts for office buildings. The focus is on freshness and sustainability, as well as
on the Rhine-Main region.
As a trained chef and graduate in food technology, Thorsten Dammert offers many
years of experience and the necessary professionalism in the field of developing
catering concepts. He has worked in leading positions for many years, including at
Eurest Deutschland Gmbh. As head of catering at Dussmann Service Deutschland
GmbH, he was also responsible for product and concept development. This role
included the new conception of food shopping and the development of own brands
in the high-convenience sector. In his most recent role as key account manager at
Dussmann Service GmbH, he was responsible for the largest catering client, Adam
Opel AG.
