“Bürostadt” Frankfurt-Niederrad:

Deutsche Bundesbank becomes tenant of Green Six

Königstein im Taunus, 09.02.2015

The Deutsche Bundesbank is renting 57 of the 196 one-bedroom apartments in the

Green Six development by the Domus Vivendi Group, which lies in Frankfurt-

Niederrad.

The Domus Vivendi Group has fully refurbished the former Co-op headquarters on

Hahnstraße together with Mercurius Real Estate AG and has converted the building

into a KfW Efficiency House 70. The building will contribute to the conversion of the

mono-structure office and commercial district into a lively residential area. Green Six

is the first residential development near Hahnstraße that is ready for occupation. All

of the apartments have already been let.

The quarter offers good transport links thanks to the new motorway exit and the

nearby S-Bahn station. Up to 3,000 apartments are due to be built here over the next

few years.
