CFI FAIRPAY AG extends its commitment in the real estate sector

Frankfurt am Main, 12.11.2009. With its stake in Quartier etc. GmbH, CFI FAIRPAY AG is extending its

commitment in the real estate sector. The Quartier etc. GmbH is investing over ten million euros in its

current project – the construction of a residential complex with a central location close to the university,

housing 181 units in Frankfurt Bockenheim. WGZ Bank from Düsseldorf is the financing partner.

With the construction of the residential development, Quartier etc. GmbH is addressing the growing

demand for high-quality, affordable housing in Frankfurt. “Small homes in particular are in great demand;

both by individuals and students and by companies, who need to provide accommodation for their

project staff”, explains Ari Bizimis, chairperson of CFI FAIRPAY AG.

The fully furnished micro-apartments measure 23 sq m on average and include an integrated living and

sleeping area with a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom. They also come with a balcony or roof terrace.

Car parking spaces and enclosed cellars can also be leased.

Ari Bizimis adds: “Following on the from the success of the student residence in Giessen, we are thrilled

to be able to realise such an exciting project in Frankfurt. The daily enquiries for the apartments confirm

that we are working in the right segment.”

Construction on the “QUARTIER et_ce_te_ra” residential development has already begun and is due to

be completed in time for the start of the 2010/11 winter semester. During planning, priority was given to

ecological construction – the development meets the strict criteria of the KfW Efficiency House 55

standard. Once completed, the project will be sold to an investor.

Quartier etc. GmbH was founded by CFI FAIRPAY AG with its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and

Domus Vivendi GmbH & Co. KG, which is based in Königstein.

Both companies have experience in the capital and real estate market and thus provide an ideal

foundation for the development of forward-looking real estate projects.
