As an “Employer of the Future”, awarded by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization, we are looking for a Rental Sales Manager for our MÍO PALMA building (https://mio-palma.de) in Mallorca. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and marketing our building, which includes approximately 184 rental units.

Your Role:
- Acquisition of new rental clients
- Full management of rental contracts: drafting, renewals, modifications, and terminations
- Direct client communication, resolving issues quickly and with a service-oriented approach
- Screening applicants and reviewing rental requests
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings
- Updating online rental portals
- Managing tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Organizing repairs and handling incidents
- Preparing reports
- Developing strategies to increase occupancy and tenant retention
- Proactively collaborating with operations, marketing, and technical teams
Your profile:
- Experience in sales, ideally in real estate or the rental sector, is a plus
- Solid knowledge of rental law and current regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Leadership, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and client orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented, able to identify business opportunities and close contracts
- Experience in acquiring new clients
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Creativity and initiative to propose innovative solutions and improve processes
- Fluent in German, Spanish, and English.
