Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your Role:

  • Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across all relevant platforms
  • Plan, manage, and optimize media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Create compelling, platform-specific content tailored to high-net-worth audiences
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B tests to maximize ROAS
  • Build and maintain lead-generation funnels as well as automated nurture sequences within the HubSpot CRM
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and CRM data
  • Proactively monitor algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends in paid social and search
  • Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals

 

Your profile:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and social media management
  • Demonstrated expertise in running paid campaigns across multiple platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, platform-native reporting)
  • Creative storytelling ability paired with a sharp analytical mindset
  • Fluent in German; English and/or Spanish a plus
  • Willingness to relocate to Ibiza/Mallorca
