BLUE ELEMENTS – Relaunch with exclusive Pre-Sale
According to the latest community information and the associated development measures on
the semi-island La Mola in Port d‘Andratx, the Domus Vivendi Group is confident that the cons-
tructon of the BLUE ELEMENTS project can begin in the fourth quarter of 2019.
BLUE ELEMENTS is being built in the first sea line in Port d‘Andratx, Mallorca: 18 exclusive resi-
dential units with sea view and direct access to the water, 24-hour concierge service, under-
ground car park, gym, SPA, indoor and outdoor pool as well as a private jetty – and these high-
lights represent only a selection of the numerous unique selling points of this unique project.
No blank pages – right of first refusal for former buyersThe project was launched on the market as early as 2015 – and was sold out after a very short
tme. However, the legal dispute between the municipality of Andratx and Acciona, the com-
pany in charge of the development, delayed the start of constructon, which was linked to the
completion of the urban infrastructure.
At the end of October there will be a pre-sales announcement. The previous buyers will then
have two weeks to exercise their right of first refusal and reserve one of the 18 units before
ofcially entering the market.
The 47 million euro project is scheduled for completion in autumn 2021.
