NS Guardian BV is a boutique family office founded by Neil Ebbutt (former co-founder of Rituals Cosmetics) in 2015 incorporating a lifestyle investment philosophy.

With ‘lifestyle’ as its guiding investment principle, it has a healthy focus on sport & leisure as well as real estate in desirable locations.

On its journey, NS Guardian discovered the common vision & values shared with Domus Vivendi Group. This was the foundation to become an investor and partner to continue our shared ambition.

The family office is founded in 2022 in the Netherlands and run by Marcel van Groningen, former co-founder of Rituals Cosmetics. Mercurius Investments has had a close relationship with the Domus Vivendi Group as a client and partner.

Since it was founded in 2014, the object of the holding company MSV GmbH & Co. KG, based in Thuringia, has been, in particular, the management of its own and third-party properties as well as the acquisition and sale of property and its development. As the founder of MSV GmbH & Co. KG, Dr. Tillmann Miritz (including owner of the Miritz-Citrus-Group) to the highest level of quality – a cornerstone of the long-standing and trusted relationship as a customer and partner of the Domus Vivendi Group.

The family office, founded in 2019 and based in Salzburg/Austria, essentially focuses on capital preservation and expansion of the assets to be managed. In our investment decisions, we pay particular attention to risk diversification with a focus on real estate project development, private equity funds, venture capital funds and art investments. FCL Capital Invest GmbH has had a close relationship with the Domus Vivendi Group as a client and partner since 2019.

As asset managers, the main focus of the shareholders’ investment decisions is on maintaining financial, organisational, social and charitable requirements.
